Timing

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note that shipping delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods, and around public holidays.

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option is a reliable choice for those who can wait a little longer for their order. With an estimated delivery time of 2-8 business days, you can expect your package to arrive in a timely manner. The cost for standard shipping is $9.95

Express Shipping

If you're in a hurry to receive your items, our express shipping option is the way to go. With an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days, you'll get your order in no time. The cost for express shipping is $12.95.

Tracking & Delivery

All goods require a signature on delivery. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery we are not liable for goods once signed for, as this is deemed as proof of delivery, or if the signature was waived to have the parcel left in a safe place and you cannot locate your parcel. 

Note: We currently do not provide delivery outside of Australia, however, we are working towards including this option in the near future for our international muses.
