Returns and Exchanges

At Terese Studio we are committed to delivering high quality products. We understand sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a credit note on eligible returns to ensure your satisfaction.

  • We unfortunately do not offer refunds , instead we offer credit notes for approved returns.
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your items via our email teresestudios@gmail.com.
  • Once approved, you must provide the tracking number within 3 business days. If the tracking is not provided within 3 business days, you will need to reapply via email.

Eligibility Criteria

The return/exchange items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • No traces of tan, makeup, or perfume.
  • Return request is made within the required timeframe.
  • Item is not a sale or promotional item.

How to Return/Exchange

For Returns

Email us at teresestudios@gmail.com with your order details to request a return. If accepted, you’ll receive confirmation and next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a credit note (excluding shipping costs) via email. Credit notes are valid for 24 months and can be used storewide.

For Exchanges 

Email us at teresestudios@gmail.com with your order details to request an exchange. If accepted, you’ll receive confirmation and next steps.

Important Notes

  • Final sale items and promotional purchases are not returnable
  • Return/exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at teresestudios@gmail.com. We will arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or refund depending on the situation).
